Message from the Organizing Committee:

It is with great excitement that the 2025 Organizing Committee (OC), on behalf of the Canadian Federation of Engineering Students (CFES), welcomes you to Halifax for the 40th annual Canadian Engineering Competition (CEC).

CEC is a national competition initiated by the CFES in 1985 to celebrate the innovation and excellence of engineering students across Canada. Each year, CEC brings together the top competitors from each of the four (4) regional competitions to showcase their talents, develop new skills, and connect with experienced industry professionals.

For the first time since 1993, Dalhousie University will host this prestigious event. We welcome delegates to the heart of Halifax for a weekend of creative problem-solving, fostering friendships, and celebrating engineering pride. See you in Sexton!
